Immigration Help For Children
If you know of a child under the age of 18 years old who is undocumented for immigration purposes and is in the United States without their parents, these children may be eligible for special visas. In order to assess the potential admissibility of these children, it will be vital to contact your attorney at the earliest possible date. Special classes of visas exist to help these children; however, regretfully, very few communities, social workers, judges and immigrants are aware of the potential legal pathways to legal residency for these children. If your child qualifies or you know of a child who may qualify, he or she may receive a special visa that will permit them to enjoy educational benefits and the ability to work legally in the United States. Please contact George D. Pappas, Esq. at 704-614-9152 or email malet1@aol.com to learn more about the special visa programs that may help your child or a child you know about. |
